Cookie Policy
Last updated: 24 September 2026
Version: 2026-09-24
This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies the VeryPyme website and platform, owned by VERYPYME SERVICIOS DIGITALES, S.L., use, what they are for, how long they last and how you can accept, reject or change your choice. The associated processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small files that the browser stores when you visit a website. We also use the browser's local storage (localStorage) to remember certain preferences. Both allow the platform to work, recognise your session and remember your choices.
2. Strictly necessary cookies and storage
These are essential for VeryPyme to work and do not require consent:
- User session (first-party cookie, up to 8 hours): identifies your authenticated session in the client area.
- Active organisation (first-party cookie, up to 1 year): remembers the organisation you are working with when you belong to several.
- Language (first-party cookie, up to 1 year): remembers the language chosen (Spanish or English).
- Cookie preference (localStorage, until you delete or change it): stores whether you have accepted or rejected analytics cookies.
- Firebase authentication (browser local storage): keeps you signed in between visits until you sign out.
- Access to test environments (first-party cookie, only in restricted VeryPyme environments): remembers a basic access authentication; it is not used in the public service.
3. Analytics cookies (only with your consent)
If you accept analytics cookies, we load Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Limited, to measure the use of the site and the platform in aggregate. Google Analytics sets Google's own cookies:
- _ga (up to 2 years): distinguishes users.
- _ga_<identifier> (up to 2 years): maintains the measurement session state.
Google Analytics receives cookie identifiers, IP address, pages visited and technical browser data. This processing may involve transfers of data to the United States under the safeguards Google provides for this service. If you do not accept, Google Analytics is not loaded and these cookies are not created.
4. How to accept, reject or change your choice
When you first visit, a notice lets you Accept or Reject analytics cookies with equal ease. Until you decide, no analytics cookie is loaded.
You can change your choice at any time through the "Manage cookies" link in the footer, which shows the notice again. If you switch from accept to reject, we delete the Google Analytics cookies on our domain and stop loading the service from the next page onwards.
You can also block or delete cookies from your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, you may not be able to sign in or use the client area.
5. What we do not use
VeryPyme does not use advertising, cross-site tracking or social media cookies. We do not use session recording tools or heat maps.
6. Updates to this policy
Each version of this policy is identified by its date. If we add new cookies that require consent, we will ask for it again.
